My grandfather died about 6:30 this evening. Most of the grandkids were able to go to the hospital this afternoon to say good-bye and 2 of my cousins and my aunt were with him when he passed away.
The tenative memorial service will be NEXt Saturday and he his being cremated. My family is taking this very hard as is my grandmother as they had been together for so long ( we celebrated their 65th wedding anniv. in Feb of 08).
Please pray for continued strength and peace for my family.
Our summer has been busy so far. Abigail started on a summer swim team.
